By the term myocide we mean the complete elimination of rodents from places of interest to people, such as homes, hotels, warehouses, factories, business premises, etc.
This is achieved by a combination of actions that include preventive measures, such as: closing all the holes through which rodents enter the areas of interest, cleanliness, not leaving garbage and waste exposed, doors being closed when not in use, etc.
And repressive measures, such as: creation of zones, where security bait stations are placed outside, which are fixed at fixed points that are marked with a special sign. Bait stations are usually placed in three zones, A in the fence, every 20-25 meters between them, B around the perimeter of the building every 10 meters and certainly here and there between the doors of the building we want to protect . The bait station of this inner perimeter should form as much as possible the shape > with the opposite bait stations of zone A.
Zone C is usually inside the building and involves multi-catch traps and glues rather than baiting stations with rat poison.
The bait stations are regularly cleaned , where at each visit our technician records the consumptions in a special form, per position, and then with the report of the events, the situation is analyzed and actions are always proposed in the direction of eliminating the infestation.
Main target mouse species are rats Rattus norvegicus (Norway Rat ) and Rattus rattus (Black Rat or microrat ) and the house mouse Mus musculus .
